Job Description
We are hiring a Production Scheduler to manage the scheduling operations for our Finishing Department. This key role will oversee daily planning coordinate with purchasing and production teams and develop both short- and long-term production plans. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced data-driven environment and can think strategically while addressing real-time challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule daily work across all Finishing work centers
- Oversee pre-production and material staging
- Manage incoming orders and coordinate with Customer Service on rush or delayed requests
- Monitor department capacity and adjust workflows accordingly
- Create and maintain short- and long-term production schedules
- Problem-solve to ensure timely order fulfillment despite floor constraints
- Coordinate with Purchasing to manage inventory and prioritize urgent needs
- Analyze data and trends to inform scheduling decisions and forecast demand
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with production scheduling or capacity planning tools
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or ThoughtSpot experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Able to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure

Type: Full-time 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
Salary: $75000$95000/year
