Job Description

In 2023 we pioneered again helping launch Impact Lending a new category of lending. Any mortgage lender that commits at least 10% of its profits to helping the neighborhoods it serves is an Impact Lender.
At Movement we are Impact Lenders. We give 40%-50% of our profits to making an impact in our communities. For us purpose and people have always come before profit.
- Maintains the loan file pipeline within the Companys minimum standard
- Reviews or denies appraisal using the Companys checklist
- Communicates any loan requirements to all parties including Underwriter and Loan Officer
- Maintains review VA/FHA appraisals using FW review SSR Dataverify
- Updates PCLender with appraisal details
- Processes and responds to all incoming communications including phone calls emails mail faxes etc.; responds independently when possible
- Acts as liaison with internal and external contacts as needed
- 1 years of mortgage appraisal experience
- Associates Degree in business management or related field
- Excellent time management skills able to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Detail oriented strong organizational skills team player
- Strong computer skills-including Microsoft Office and industry specific computer software
- Customer service experience in the mortgage industry
The expected salary range for this position is between:
$58300.00 - $90100.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
