For more information please visit Statement The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to support the Training Office in the coordination and delivery of statewide behavioral health trainings. This unpaid internship offers valuable hands-on experience in workforce development program coordination and public health education with a focus on recovery from mental illness substance use conditions and trauma-informed care. Interns will assist in managing training logistics organizing records and data and communicating with participants and presenters. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in behavioral health public administration human services or training and development. Support the planning registration and follow-up for workshops and training series Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding training schedules policies and registration processes Assist in maintaining and organizing training records attendance logs and certificates Help ensure training compliance with certification and CE requirements Participate in reviewing and updating training content and promotional materials Collaborate with staff on training evaluations and data reporting The application and supplemental questionnaire are evaluated based upon a rating of your education training and experience as they relate to the job requirements of the position.
