What are we looking to add to our team

Our Part-Time Workplace Experience Coordinator will help create a welcoming well-run office environment at our Bellevue HQ. This on-site role (25 hours/week MondayFriday) supports daily operations fosters a positive workplace culture and builds strong relationshipsperfect for someone whos organized proactive and people-focused with potential to grow into a full-time position.

What you will be doing:

  • Greet and assist employees visitors and delivery personnel; verify identities as needed; and oversee visitor management tools to support day-to-day logistics.
  • Manage the shared operations inbox responding to day-to-day requests and ensuring timely communication.
  • Manage office supplies mail/package deliveries and maintain a tidy well-stocked kitchen and common areas.
  • Oversee snack and beverage operations including daily restocking supply tracking coffee machine upkeep and vendor coordination.
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors for routine office needs.
  • Manage the daily lunch program including order tracking vendor coordination and communicating updates or delays to the office.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks such as assembling and mailing new hire kits setting up desks and giving office tours.
  • Support in-office events in partnership with the Culture & Engagement Committee.
  • Maintain and update workplace policies SOPs and internal resources.
  • Jump in on special projects as needed.

You will be a great match if you have:

  • 1 years of experience in customer service hospitality or office coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new tools
  • Friendly team-oriented attitude

Working conditions and physical requirements:

Primary job functions require on-site presence in Bellevue office for approximately 5 hours per day Monday-Friday and physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twist; to lift carry push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (25 pounds).

Base Salary Hiring Range: $23-$28 hourly
FLSA: Non-Exempt
