Job Title: 1st Shift Production Worker - Window Manufacturing
Location: Fort Smith AR
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime as needed
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
WeatherBarr Windows and Doors is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our 1st shift production team. As a Production Worker in our window manufacturing facility you will play a key role in assembling inspecting and preparing high-quality window and door products for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble window and door components.
- Measure cut and fit materials according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.
- Meet daily production goals and maintain accurate production records.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable using hand tools tape measures and power equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Compensation:
This 1st shift Production Worker position offers a competitive starting wage of $15.94-$17.00 per hour depending on experience and specific role.
Dependability Bonus:
Eligible employees receive a bonus every 4 weeks based on attendance and reliability.
