We are scaling quickly in both direct-to-consumer and retail with the goal of becoming a householdbrand. We have end-to-end control of all phases of the business producing and fulfilling the product in-house which is extremely rare for companies our size. This allows us to create new flavors and products quickly and is a tremendous advantage for our brand were abletogive customers a behind-the-scenes look at what we do highlighting our people and process in content. Being vertically integrated also enables us to incorporate customers directly in the development process.

Whats The Job
The Lead Trainer will develop implement and oversee training programs for manufacturing and quality teams. This role ensures all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain high production quality and safety standards. The Lead Trainer will also take on leadership responsibilities guiding the training team and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This role is responsible for collaboration with other departments to identify and address food safety risks throughout the production process with other food safety team members.
This role is responsible for product quality & food safety and for maintaining hygiene conditions in the plant.
What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Create and lead training programs for new and existing employees to improve performance in manufacturing quality and safety.
- Lead and Mentor: Oversee the training team providing guidance and leadership to ensure the effective delivery of training programs across all levels.
- Provide hands-on training for new hires and current employees to ensure proficiency in processes equipment and safety procedures.
- Assess the success of training programs through feedback performance reviews and follow-up training as needed.
- Ensure training meets company standards and regulatory requirements including safety protocols and food safety guidelines.
- Work closely with supervisors managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and improve training processes.
- Assist in developing training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot training challenges and constantly seek ways to enhance the training approach and content.
- Keep accurate training records certifications and compliance documentation for all employees.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager or other leaders in the organization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ensures and promotes food safety throughout the facility
What Youve Done And Who You Are
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams ensuring the success of training programs and the professional development of others.
- Experience working in a culture that celebrates collaboration sharing ideas and driving positive outcomes through cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Passion for creating a culture of growth and learning within the organization.

Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of standing on production floor
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Mainly inside a production and warehouse environment
- Exposure to loud machinery noises
- Must be able to work near food ingredients exposure to food allergens
- Location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment
- You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards
