Job Description

Title: Production Support Engineer

Location: Chicago IL (preferred) or Columbus OH

Detailed Job description:

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents related to Windows servers and applications
Perform root cause analysis using Windows Event Logs IIS logs and application logs
Monitor and tune server and application performance
Automate support tasks and monitoring using PowerShell scripting
Support application deployments patches and configuration changes
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Maintain and improve operational documentation runbooks and SOPs
Proactively monitor batch jobs Windows services and system health
Participate in incident management and on-call rotations
