Turf Route Manager!
Are you passionate about turf care and enjoy working outdoors Do you thrive in a leadership role and enjoy building strong relationships with customers Were seeking a Turf Route Manager to oversee turf care services manage a set route of residential and commercial clients and ensure high-quality results across lawns in your territory.
What Youll Do:
Manage a dedicated route of clients for turf and lawn care services
Apply fertilizer herbicides insecticides and other treatments as scheduled
Inspect turf conditions and make recommendations for improvement
Maintain accurate service records and customer communication
Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Identify upsell opportunities and enhancements when appropriate
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience in lawn/turf care landscaping or horticulture
Kansas Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid drivers license
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Comfortable operating turf care equipment and using handheld tech tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
