Job Description
Full time position available in the Brattleboro area! The DSP Team Lead provides direct supervision and support to DS Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who assist the people we support in navigating their communities in a way that promotes growth and independence. Also responsible for developing and maintaining community relationships and identify resources within various community settings to increase community integration. Provide ongoing assessment of skill acquisition and support requirements that individuals receiving supports need in order to be successful within their communities. Bachelors or Associates degree plus three years of experience is preferred. Pay for this position is $52723.1250-$61185.15 annually.
