Job Description
KiPS Family Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for a seasoned coach who is passionate about gymnastics enjoys mentoring others and is eager to contribute to a positive gym culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach intermediate and advanced gymnastics classes with confidence and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Gym Manager to help train and mentor newer coaches.
- Provide thoughtful input and feedback on class curriculums lesson plans and skill progressions.
- Support the Gym Manager in daily operations as needed.
- Maintain a safe supportive and engaging learning environment for all athletes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years coaching gymnastics with experience in intermediate to advanced levels.
- Strong understanding of skill development spotting techniques and athlete progression.
- Positive leadership style and effective communication with children parents and staff.
- Willingness to be a team player and take initiative.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
