The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Student Services and Curriculum departments. The Assistant maintains legal records for students in special education and those who have 504 accommodation plans; compiles and analyzes data; schedules meetings (special education 504 accommodation plan and other related meetings); and performs typing filing and other administrative duties as required. The Assistant supports scheduling for district and statewide testing. In addition the Assistant organizes agendas and data records for grade level data meetings. The Assistant is also responsible for updating and maintaining records for EL students.** This is a part-time position with a schedule of 24 hours per week.
