What Youll Be Doing:
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations across service prep and kitchen management
- Be a strong and calm presence during busy shifts especially weekends and events
- Contribute to menu development and run specials that showcase creativity
- Help lead a collaborative kitchen culture built on respect consistency and quality
- Assist with stock control ordering compliance and team development
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
