Job Summary
- We are looking for enthusiastic hard-working servant leaders to join our family at Chick-fil-A Audubon & Barrington. We pride ourselves in having the best people in the business. This is a fast paced environment and we have high expectations of our employees but we also take good care of our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring that products and guests experience are consistent with our brand culture and standard of excellence
- Loading transporting and delivering food orders to our guests on time.
- Follow all food safety standards and CFA procedures when preparing food items for all orders.
- Collect and package all utensils condiments plates etc. required for orders.
- Prepare and package food products for Catering orders such as gallon beverages coffee CFA nuggets CFA sandwiches salads etc.
- Verify accuracy in orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Providing excellent customer service answering questions and handling feedback from guests.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Report and work out of both Audubon and Barrington locations as needed and as directed.
