This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility with part-time hours across 34 days per week. The successful Accounts Assistant will join a friendly professional team and support with day-to-day finance duties.

The Role:
Process supplier invoices and reconciling purchase orders
Manage payment runs and liaise with suppliers to resolve queries
Monitor aged creditors and assist with month-end close
Data entry and maintenance of accurate financial records
Provide general support to the finance team as needed
The Person:
Prior experience in an accounts/finance support role is essential
Comfortable using accountancy software and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently and manage your own workload
The Reward:
13 - 14 per hour (depending on experience)
Part-time 20 to 24 hours per week (flexible over 3 or 4 days)
Office-based Dungannon location
