Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Accounts Executive Sales to join our growing team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities nurturing leads converting prospects and helping drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator confident in sales conversations and experienced in the SaaS or tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound efforts (calls emails LinkedIn etc.) and manage inbound inquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs and position the SaaS solution effectively.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals with small to mid-sized businesses.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools like HubSpot Salesforce etc.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored pitches and align on customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new customer acquisition and account conversions.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and forecast sales performance.
Requirements
- 27years of experience in B2B sales preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with demoing tech products and addressing client objections.
- Self-motivated adaptable and a fast learner.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to SMBs or startups.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo etc.
- Exposure to sales methodologies like BANT SPIN or consultative selling.
