Job Description

Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Accounts Executive Sales to join our growing team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities nurturing leads converting prospects and helping drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator confident in sales conversations and experienced in the SaaS or tech industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound efforts (calls emails LinkedIn etc.) and manage inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs and position the SaaS solution effectively.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals with small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools like HubSpot Salesforce etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored pitches and align on customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new customer acquisition and account conversions.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and forecast sales performance.


Requirements

  • 27years of experience in B2B sales preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with demoing tech products and addressing client objections.
  • Self-motivated adaptable and a fast learner.


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to SMBs or startups.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo etc.
  • Exposure to sales methodologies like BANT SPIN or consultative selling.
