General Responsibility Statement
Provide support to facilitate the timely execution of all sales and marketing functions by assisting in their planning and implementation. Support compliance efforts by helping ensure marketing content labels and materials follow industry regulatory guidance.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing Support
Send out marketing collateral and literature as requested and manage correspondence with the individual making the request.
Manage inventory of marketing materials and reordering materials as needed.
Manage vendor communications for printing customization or any other sales/marketing needs.
Print and deliver labels developed in house to the production team ensuring that they are accurate and up to date. Help ensure labels meet current style and accuracy expectations and are routed through internal marketing approval channels.
Organize and prepare materials for customers tradeshows etc.
Plan tradeshow activities coordinate with the sales team on tradeshow organize tradeshow supplies organize tradeshow travel and maintain awareness on tradeshow trends and activities. Ensure all tradeshow and customer-facing materials use current approved versions.
Print fold and cut as needed any marketing materials developed in-house. Coordinate with Quality or Compliance staff to make sure messaging and materials are appropriate. Willing to train and understand marketing claims guidance attend meetings.
Respond log and forward customer inquiries to the sales team in aid of Customer Service department. Flag any feedback related to product quality or safety to the appropriate team.
Compile format and maintain a clean customer contact list for emails.
Other Duties
This position shall support its manager and shall ensure that all department members are cross trained in the position responsibilities.
Willing to receive input and direction from all members of the Executive team.
Act as marketing office liaison for administrative internal postings safety communication or office door knocks.
Help track updates to marketing policies materials and related SOPs.
Qualifications Requirements
Education Reasoning Ability and Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or related field preferred
Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Proficient in Canva
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is preferred
Experience with CRM marketing content tools (Salesforce AgData or similar) and Smartsheet is helpful
Communication and Language Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problem solving
Must be comfortable working with both creative and operational teams

Travel Requirements
This position may require some travel.
Occasional travel to events or vendor visits may be needed.
Physical Demands
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Required to sit and use a computer handle paperwork also to stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to grasp and hold objects tools and/or controls likewise reach with arms and hands.
The employee is also at times exposed to fumes and/or airborne particles.
