Are you...
...A skilled individual who can diagnose identify communicate and recommend repairs on various makes and models within our used car inventory with at least 2 years of previous vehicle repair and maintenance experience
If you answered YES here are a few details about the position:
The ideal individual would:
- Have previous domestic and import brand diagnostics and automotive repair experience including (but not required) factory training and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications
- Use the Used Vehicle Safety Inspection checklists
- Be responsible for diagnosing repairs communicating with Service management on recommended repairs performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with Dealer and Manufacturer standards and assisting in the decision to retain vehicle for sale or send to auction
- Be able to complete repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
- Perform quality work without direct or continual supervision and be able and willing to work on all work assigned
- Maintain technical competence and may be required to attend Manufacturer or Company sponsored training classes to get updated technical bulletins and further automotive repair knowledge
Planet Automotive currently uses the DealerBuilt DMS Platform Identifix ALLDATA V-Auto/iRECON systems to provide the most up to date technology and tools to our individuals
