Job Description: Are you passionate about powersports and have a knack for sales Mosites Motorsports is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers in finding the perfect powersports vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner establishing a rapport and building trust.
- Listen to customers needs and preferences to determine the most suitable powersports vehicle for them.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of various models.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing financing options and warranties.
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience a plus preferably in the automotive or powersports industry but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
- A passion for powersports and a good understanding of different types of vehicles and their features.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
