The role/Te mahi
Our Dunedin clinic has an opportunity available for a highly motivated Physiotherapist.
In this role you will supervise physiotherapy students manage a client case load and work with relevant stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Provide physiotherapy services and clinical teaching to a high standard
Contribute to the Schools academic goals by developing applying and sharing expert clinical knowledge.
Provide leadership and development in areas of expertise.
Contribute to the team and the smooth running of the Clinic.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Essential
Strong clinical skills.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
You must hold registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board
You must have the ability to work to time frames goals and in teams along with excellent written and strong verbal communications skills.
You must be compliant with current Ministry of Health mandated requirements and the Vulnerable Childrens Act.
Interest in Mori health and a commitment to Tikanga Mori
A positive attitude and an ability to think outside of the box
Preferred but not essential
Relevant postgraduate qualification.
Preferred but not essential experience with supervision of students.
Experience with liaising with clinical partners.
A positive attitude and capacity for initiative are necessary in this interesting and diverse role.

This is a permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) position based in tepoti Dunedin.
The appointment range for this role is $75727 to $87849 per annum.
