Property Management Occupancy Specialist Unique opportunity available with an established property management company. This position is ideal for an experienced property manager or assistant property manager who is looking for a change of pace. Reporting directly to the President of Flynn Management you will be working with our Affordable Housing portfolio. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position with no evening no weekend no on-call responsibilities no travel and limited resident interactions. Previous affordable housing experience is not necessary as we will be willing to train the right person. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people skills. They will be detail be oriented organized and able to prioritize tasks. We are looking for someone with property management experience including working knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar software. In this position you will be responsible for reviewing applications tenant information including income assets and other eligibility criteria paperwork submitted by our property managers. This position will be integrally involved with ensuring compliance with various federal regulations related to affordable housing. There will be some additional responsibilities including assisting with setting up and writing company-wide policies and procedures. With a portfolio of forty-seven (47) properties the position requires a self-starter who needs minimum supervision. We are a small office with a relaxed atmosphere and a business casual dress code.
