Customer Service Representative
Location: 100 Cockeysville Rd. Suite 475 Cockeysville MD 21030
Full-Time MondayFriday Day Shift

Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the welcoming face and voice of our businessresponsible for creating a positive helpful experience for every customer. Youll serve as the liaison between customers and the operations team manage front-desk activities and coordinate essential service tasks with professionalism and care.

What Youll Do:

  • Greet all customers promptly and professionally both in person and by phone

  • Answer phone calls within 2 rings transferring or taking messages as needed

  • Collect and enter customer and insurance information accurately

  • Organize customer files and paperwork for Estimators

  • Assist with vehicle tows rental coordination and file documentation

  • Collect payments and ensure front office organization

  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed

  • Maintain a positive attitude especially when assisting distressed customers

  • Keep the customer experience smooth friendly and organized

What Were Looking For:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient with basic computer use

  • Calm professional demeanor under pressure
