REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Michigan state cosmetology and instructor license
- 3 years of experience in the cosmetology industry with proficiency in nail care skin care and hair cutting color and chemical services
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Positive attitude collaborative skills and reliability
- Consistency in adhering to company policies and procedures
WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR CERTIFIED COSMETOLOGY EDUCATOR
In this part-time role you lead engaging sessions and hands-on training in our classrooms to educate students all about hair skin and nail care and thoroughly prepare them for the state board exam. You adjust your lessons to meet the classs level and provide comprehensive education to help each student overcome their individual struggles. Maintaining a positive and empowering classroom culture you motivate students to thrive and set off on rewarding beauty careers!
