This position will drive and work closely with other software application engineers architects technology leads and directly engage with internal and external software development teams to develop reliable cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Owns individual contributions to software applications development projects; meets project deliverables by collaborating with engineering product and design teams
Allocates resources to complete programming projects and designing detailed plans to ensure applications are functioning properly
Designs enhancements updates and programming changes for portions and subsystems of end-user applications software running on local networked and Internet- based platforms
Collaborates and communicates with management internal and outsourced development partners regarding software applications design status project progress and issue resolution
Providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises expertise and judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

Knowledge & Skills:
Experience building Windows Desktop applications. Preferably UWP or WinAppSDK
Professional experience using C# and/or C
Experience with React and Typescript is a plus
Ability to develop and share best practices that emphasize performance and reusability
Software applications testing methodology including writing and execution of test plans debugging and testing scripts and tools
Ability to effectively communicate product architectures design proposals and negotiate options at management levels
Experience publishing applications to the Microsoft Store is a plus
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10 years of work experience preferably in software designing & development software architecture programming languages or a related field.
The base pay range for this role is $146650 to $212650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
