Job Description
Responsibilities
Sentinel is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to contribute to the design evaluation and implementation of enterprise-wide IT solutions. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to align business goals with technology strategies driving efficiency innovation and long-term value. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across three or more IT domains a strong grasp of emerging technologies and a proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable secure and cost-effective architectural solutions. This is a contract to hire role reporting onsite at our client location in Warrenville IL.
Qualifications
- Must have bachelors degree in science Business or a related field or equivalent experience
- Must have 5 years of IT engineering experience
- 7 years of IT engineering experience. Expert engineering knowledge across 3 or more IT Platforms such as MS AD Cloud Virtualization Backup Storage Network Security Application Delivery
- Experience with operationalizing IT platform solutions
- Experience aligning business objectives with IT initiatives
- Experience with Securing IT Platforms and risk management
- Participate in on-call rotation and support escalations as needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Office-based work with occasional travel to hospital or off-site locations
- Potential exposure to noise or biohazardous materials (minimal risk)
- Moderate physical activity including lifting equipment up to 25 lbs.
- Environment may be fast-paced and occasionally stressful due to urgency of issue resolution
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation Range: $60.00/Hr - $80.00/Hr
