Location: Alamance Foods Burlington 1st shift w/On-call for critical interruptions
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to users ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and technical supportto users of hardware and software.
- Installing or fixing hardware and softwareas needed.
- Troubleshooting user issuesand resolving them promptly.
- Manning the help deskand responding to inquiries.
- Maintaining networks and computer systemsto ensure optimal performance.
- Communicating effectively with cross-functional teamsto address IT needs.
- Adapting to changing environmentsand learning new technologies.
- Following directionsand being open to continuous learning.
- Lifting and moving equipmentweighing 10-20 lbs as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
