Providing guidance and technical supportto users of hardware and software.

Troubleshooting user issuesand resolving them promptly.
Manning the help deskand responding to inquiries.
Maintaining networks and computer systemsto ensure optimal performance.
Communicating effectively with cross-functional teamsto address IT needs.
Adapting to changing environmentsand learning new technologies.
Following directionsand being open to continuous learning.
Lifting and moving equipmentweighing 10-20 lbs as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience
