JOB SUMMARY:An Assembler II interprets assembly procedures assembly drawings mechanical drawings and part lists to assemble products adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Use basic electronic measurement devices typical manufacturing tools assembly fixtures and hand tools.
- Build and test basic products to specifications while meeting established quality guidelines.
- Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent damage/scrap of parts and production downtime.
- Complete assigned jobs per established budget.
- Ability to wire bond/solder.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School or Equivalent
- Experience Years: 1-3 years
- Experience Type: Basic electro-mechanical assembly
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Manual dexterity
- To sit at workstation/microscope for shift duration
