In collaboration with the Associate Director Professional Ethics you will participate in and oversee the activities and operations of the Professional Ethics Division which include standard-setting enforcement and member enrichment activities of the division including staffing the Professional Ethics Division hotline. You will report to the Associate Director - Professional Ethics.
You Will:
Line Manage 5 direct reports
Staff liaison to the AICPA Enforcement Subcommittee (ESC) overseeing enforcement activities of the ESC including compliance with the Joint Ethics Enforcement Program (JEEP) and enhancing processes.
Direct instruct and coach team of managers case investigator coordinator and support services staff in their activities in the division and resources for members including review of standard setting materials enforcement matters and member enrichment materials.
Help AICPA meet its enhancing audit quality plans by designing and strategizing division processes for effectiveness.
Staff liaison to the AICPA Professional Ethics Executive Committee (PEEC) participating in and aiding in oversight of PEECs standard setting programs including staffing the ethics hotline.

You Have:
Bachelors degree in accounting
CPA License
7 years public accounting or other relevant experience
Supervisory and project management experience

The Salary Range for this role is: $125000-$145000 per annum
