We are looking for you if you have:
experience in non-financial risks area
experience in risk reporting
knowledge regarding:
IT Management processes (e.g. change management incident management)
Risk Management
Risk assessments
Third and Intragroup Party management (TIPM)
Fundamentals of IT Security and IT Risk
English level: B2
Youll get extra points for:
Project management skills
Security or ITIL certificates
good communication skills
independence in action
ability to generate ideas for process improvement
facilitation of meetings.
Your responsibilities:
execution of the Risk & Control Self-Assessments Business Environment Assessment
vendor and Sourcing Management also support for units
assisting control owners in implementing solutions and controls that close and minimize any identified control weaknesses and gaps
Key Controls Testing (KCT) in risk monitoring and reporting
organization and participation in the global Risk Culture program
monitoring changes in security policies and standards and advising the relevant units on their implementation
reporting of risk level and test results
Information about squad:
Team concerning managing non-financial risk (in NFR taxonomy) for 1LoD NFR and compliance activities in the respective business or support function domains. Tasks include preparation management of processes where ODCR is involved communication with 2nd Line of Defense preparing awareness trainings support for employees and required reporting.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be Business Control Specialist III.
