The Peach Pit Bar home of smashed burgers cheeky cocktails and good timesright on the stunning Scarborough Coast is on the hunt for a new Venue Manager to lead our crew.
Were after someone who brings energy leadership and a love of hospitality. Youll be hands-on passionate about creating a killer customer experience and focused on building a strong happy team.
As the Venue Manager youll run the showoverseeing daily operations keeping the vibe high and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Were after someone with solid experience running busy venues who knows how to lead from the front build a strong leadership team and keep the momentum going.
Whats on Offer:
- Generous Salary $90000 - $100000 Super
- KPI Bonus - $44000 P/A

Essential requirements:
- 2 years of Venue Management experience
- Experience within the hospitality industry food product knowledge
- Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment
- Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
- Demonstrated team and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and change
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- State based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers License
