Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Support the development of marketing materials presentations and client proposals
Coordinate and execute email marketing efforts and direct mail initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics
Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with marketing tools or CRM software is a plus
