We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Account Representative to manage and support our growing client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience with our services.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs
Prepare and deliver reports account updates and performance metrics
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing proactive support
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (preferred)
13 years of experience in account management customer service or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
