The People Partner will drive forward J & Js mission and core values as a true HR partner working with the business in a highly cross-functional role. The People Partner will run the daily functions of HR and partner closely with their assigned business units. They will partner with peers and other members of the People team to align HR priorities.

Typical Physical Demands:
Bachelors degree in Business HR Communications or related field preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a HR business partner or other HR roles including coaching total rewards employee relations compensation and HR project management or program implementation experience
Experience in scaling companies during growth stage.
Customer service attitude and a focus on providing excellent support to internal employees.
Ability to set high personal goals and work independently.
Thorough understanding and hands- on application of internal and external HR principles concepts practices and standards
Ability to foster an inclusive work environment
NOT a REMOTE opportunity - MUST be able to report to one of the J&J office locations
