Job Description

- Basic computer and software skills are needed

- This role offers a significant growth opportunity with the potential to transition into a position as a sales leader
- Visit sites to provide paint estimation using PEP paint estimating software
- Estimate Accurately
- Utilize own vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Manage the sales flow for 10-15 customers per week
- Develop ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients
- Serve as a point of contact for customers
- Complete necessary administrative paperwork
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Attend weekly review meetings as scheduled and report into management
- Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff
- A licensed and insured team that can deliver on all estimates you close
- Proposal templates and estimating tools
- Beautiful portfolio materials photos and branding
- Support estimating unique scopes or decorative finishes (as needed)
- Fast turnaround from close to job completion

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location
- In person
- Know how to estimate and sell painting jobs (1 year minimum experience)
- Are confident walking job sites solo and speaking with GCs or homeowners
- Understand prep coverage labor hours materials and finish schedules
- Are well-spoken organized and reliable
- Want full control of your time and income
- Are based in Colorado Springs (or nearby) and familiar with residential and commercial painting
