Job Description
The School Improvement TOSAs will work closely with Teacher-based teams and Building Leadership Teams and to support the school improvement processes.
ESSENTIAL Duties:
Meet and collaborate with district and school staff members regarding school improvement
Work with schools to evaluate data used to inform instruction
Monitor and assist in the development of the school improvement plan
Attend building leadership team meetings and teacher based team meetings
Work with schools on the use of formative assessments
Engage with staff to design job-embedded professional development aligned to the building school improvement plan
Provide support to schools in integrating district initiatives into the school improvement process.
