About the Role
At SharkNinja were obsessed with delivering consumer delight through innovation speed and exceptional execution. As our newEcommerce Coordinator youll be at the heart of our high-performing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team owning the delivery new product launches on D2C bringing them to life across multiple channels and markets.

What Youll Be Doing
- This role will be owning the D2C delivery of new product launches across both Shark and Ninja.
Coordinating campaign activity for new product launches across teams ensuring content is delivered on time and new products are launched smoothly
Managing the day-to-day flow of D2C marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels
Leading campaign planning meetings aligning timelines actions and deliverables with internal stakeholders
Tracking campaign KPIs and supporting the team with performance reporting and insight sharing
Partnering with Marketing Trading and Merchandising teams to ensure campaigns support wider digital and commercial goals
Helping manage workloads and priorities within the digital team to keep delivery on track
Supporting continuous improvement of campaign planning delivery and reporting processes
Building trusted relationships with cross-functional teams and external agencies where required
Supporting team members from campaign inception through execution and wrap-up
What Youll Bring
A proactive solution-focused mindset youre someone who figures things out and gets stuff done
Outstanding communication skills clear concise and confident with a range of stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and a love of structure process and meeting deadlines
2 years of experience in a project coordination or campaign delivery role ideally in digital or eCommerce
An understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC SEO CRM and Paid Social
A cool head under pressure and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience using project management tools like Jira Trello or similar
A curious mindset always asking why and looking for ways to do things better
Energy positivity and a collaborative approach to everything you do
