LE STAGE PROPOSE
Missions
Dans le cadre des stages proposés en contentieux et arbitrage les stagiaires fortement impliqués dans les dossiers du département avec les associés et collaborateurs pourront être amené à effectuer des missions variées : recherches juridiques rédaction de notes projets dassignations ou de conclusions documents afférents à la procédure darbitrage démarches au Palais préparation et participation aux audiences aide à la préparation de conférences et publications.
Profil
Elève-avocat(e) ou étudiant(e) en master 2 idéalement avec une première expérience en contentieux arbitrage et/ou éthique des affaires en cabinet ou en entreprise. Les stagiaires devront disposer de solides connaissances juridiques complétées le cas échéant par une double formation (école de commerce IEP université anglo-saxonne).
La maîtrise de langlais est impérative.
