Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling Coordinator - Advanced Metering to join Service Stream in our Melbourne office.

About the Role

Service Streams Utilities division are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator - Advanced Meteringto join our growing company.

Nature of position: 6 Months / Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Collins St Melbourne (Flexible work arrangements available)

Reporting Line: Team Leader


Key Responsibilities

  • Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit.
  • Make phone calls to customers and building managers to arrange access for our meter technicians.
  • If required seek technical clarification about a work order from field supervisors/QA team to identify the triage action.
  • Coordinate technician availability with the work allocation team.
  • Accurate data entry in clients systems and Excel sheets.
  • Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager.
  • Strong focus on compliance and problem-solving.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 12 months in a customer service administrative or technical support role is essential.
  • Competencies in MS Office suite: Word Excel Outlook is essential
  • Basic technical knowledge of electrical metering work is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • High level attention to detail and proactively meet deadlines.
