Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Centeris seeking a passionate and experienced veterinary professional to lead ourtechnician and assistant teamsin our new24/7 emergency and specialty hospital. The Opportunity
As theVeterinary Technician Manager youll:
- Lead develop and support a team of credentialed technicians assistants and liaisons across multiple departments.
- Collaborate closely with hospital leadership to improve workflows patient outcomes and team engagement.
- Shape onboarding training and ongoing development for all clinical support team members.
- Manage team schedules licensing CE tracking and performance reviews.
- Be afloor leaderbringing energy clinical expertise and mentorship to every shift.
Who You Are
- Credentialed technician(LVT RVT CVT) preferred; VTS a plus
- 5 years of clinical veterinary experiencein an emergency or specialty setting
- 3 years of leadership experience (lead tech supervisor manager)
- Acoach and mentorwho thrives on developing others
- Comfortable managing people solving problems and jumping in where needed
- Organized communicative and passionate about patient care and team culture
