- Set up and operate CNC machines with a focus on 5-axis machining processes.
- Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Lead and mentor a small team of CNC operators fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
- Oversee production workflows troubleshoot issues and ensure consistent quality output.
- Maintain a safe working environment and uphold quality standards.
- Work closely with site management to drive process improvements and operational success.
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist with strong skills in machine setup and operation.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience using 5-axis CNC machines.
- Proven ability to plan production and lead others effectively.
- A mature dependable professional who thrives with minimal supervision.
- Ambition to grow and develop within a forward-thinking company.
- Experience with exotic alloys is advantageous but not essential.
- Availability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule across 5 days per week.
