Location: Columbus OH

What Youll DoAs a CNC Operator youll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. Your day-to-day will include:
- Starting up and shutting down CNC machinery
- Loading/unloading parts and performing hourly inspections
- Changing tooling offsets monitoring tool life and replacing cutting inserts
- Reading prints and using metrology equipment (calipers height gauges dial indicators)
- Supporting compliance with safety environmental and ISO/TS 16949 ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Participating in continuous improvement and adhering to 5S principles
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and technical skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Preferred: experience working with metal and using metrology equipment

- 2nd Shift: Monday Friday 3:00 PM 11:15 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday Thursday 11:00 PM 7:15 AM
- Some overtime and weekend work may be required
- Climate-controlled facility-consistent comfortable work conditions year-round
- Hands-on role in a clean safety-focused manufacturing environment
