This role is fully onsite working Monday - Friday from our Irving TX office.

Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will not only gain expertise and experience prospecting and selling but also mentorship and training from a team of entrepreneurs and sales experts. As a SDR at hireEZ you will fully participate in the sales process pipeline development prospecting and relationship building: skills quintessential for a successful career in tech sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in multi-channel (call email InMail) cadences to convert prospects to booked meetings
  • Comfortable conducting phone-based sales-focused outreach
  • Understand hireEZ products and positioning in the market (supported by internal training)
  • Target prospect accounts and conduct research to find new prospects
  • Utilize lead qualification process and document relevant sales information in Salesforce
  • Meet daily outreach activity requirements
  • Achieve monthly qualified lead/meeting quotas

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or as an SDR or ISR
  • Technology savvy: familiar with Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator Gong etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity and the needs of prospects
  • Be self-motivated and have a hungry daily attitude with an independent/proactive approach

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in the software sector or HR industry vertical
  • Bachelor degree or higher or related educational background
