We are seeking a Junior Admission Counselor for our Podar International School in Karad. This fixed-term employment position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as an admission or education counselor (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient as a student counselor able to understand and analyze student needs and requirements.
- Experience in counseling with a focus on educational guidance and student mental well-being.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with students parents and peers.
- Experience in sales and marketing particularly in an educational context to promote the school and its programs.
- Sensitivity and understanding towards student diversity and various backgrounds.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries and manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks in a flexible work environment.
