This fast-growing company is rebuilding their finance function from the ground up. The existing ERP barely scratches the surface of whats needed so theyre replacing it completely alongside a full redesign of finance processes and reporting.
Led by a new CFO with solid backing from the CEO CIO product and tech teams this project is huge and its just getting started. Theyre currently kicking off the RFP phase with workshops planned next week.
Youll be the key connector between finance and technology making sure this rebuild isnt just about buying new software but fixing the real problems that have held finance back.
In this role youll:
Lead the ERP redesign and implementation alongside external consultants and vendors
Map out finance processes business requirements and system data flows (which are far from simple)
Manage multiple vendors and keep projects on track
Collaborate closely with IT product and finance leaders to prioritise what matters most
Drive change across the business by balancing practical solutions with strategic thinking
This company knows finance hasnt kept pace with the rest of the business and theyre determined to change that. The finance team is new positive and motivated. The leadership understands what a good ERP looks like and the critical role this will play.

Theyre not just throwing tech at broken processes a lot of process fixes are already underway. But without a modern ERP theyll never get the efficiency accuracy or insight they need.
The ideal person looks like:
Finance knowledge chart of accounts debits and credits balance sheets accounts payable reporting and controls
Know how to prioritise the right fixes to drive real impact
