Account Executive (Hunter) Technology Staffing & Managed Services
Location: Remote (must work Pacific Time Zone hours)

A high-growth technology staffing firm is hiring an experienced Account Executive to join their expanding team. This is a true hunter role with leadership potential ideal for someone passionate about building lasting client partnerships in the fast-paced world of tech services and solutions.

With access to a dedicated sourcing and delivery team modern tech tools and a supportive sales culture youll be positioned to focus on what you do bestgrowing revenue and driving results.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Business Development role

  • Background in technology staffing managed services or RPO is required

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities across the full sales cycle

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a relationship-first approach to client development

  • Proven ability to navigate and influence stakeholders across technical HR and procurement functions

  • Proficiency with tools like CRM systems ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft 365

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and closing

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through post-sale follow-up

  • Build and maintain relationships across client organizations to identify ongoing and future needs

  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure quality execution

  • Attend client meetings and industry events to stay ahead of trends and build your network

  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM systems

Locations:

  • Fully remote role but must reside and work in the Pacific Time Zone

  • Hybrid/onsite options available near company offices in San Jose Sacramento or Southern California
