Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Finance Systems Manager to serve as a lead functional architect of our financial systems with a focus across Accounting Center Financial Accounting FDM Customer Accounts and Banking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-scale implementation requirements and design process improvement testing integration enablement support and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Solution Architecture from a Functional perspective for Workday Financials modules including General Ledger Financial Accounting Allocations Close and Budgets. Knowledge and experience in Customer Accounts Supplier Accounts and Banking is a plus.
Manage teams in identifying business requirements functional design process design (including scenario design flow mapping) prototyping testing training and defining support procedures.
Advise design configure and customize the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organizations processes and requirements.
Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey project updates and recommendations.
Scope conversion requirements execute data transformation activities and support end-user validation activities from existing legacy systems or processes.
Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday FINS product suite.
Travel required up to 20%.
Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on Workday functional financials experience.
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules including Accounting Center Customer Accounts General Ledger Banking and Settlement and Procurement.
Certification in Workday Financials preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience as an implementation partner and/or WD consultant a plus.
Practical Accounting / Finance experience a plus.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership

The base salary range for this position is$161700-$205000annually. This range reflects Acrisures good faith estimate at the time of this within this rangewill be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications location and internal equity.
