Were hiring a Floating Member Service Representative I to provide dependable friendly support primarily at our Downtown and Mountain View branches in Shelton WA with occasional coverage at our Union and Steamboat locations (we reimburse mileage for shifts at branches outside of Shelton). In this dynamic role youll build strong relationships with both members and teammates while ensuring smooth consistent service wherever youre scheduled.

This isnt your typical front-line position. As a Floating MSR youll rotate between branches offering support where its needed most. Youll gain hands-on experience with different teams and workflows- perfect for someone who enjoys learning staying flexible and working with a variety of people.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and create a welcoming environment
- Process transactions accurately including deposits withdrawals payments and more
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all account activity
- Assist members with questions research and account changes
- Offer appropriate products and services based on member needs
- Support teammates and adapt to different workflows depending on the branch location

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior cash-handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a big plus!)

Work Location
