Role type: Service Position Approved in 2025 Budget: Yes Has this position been approved by the teams VP: Yes Anticipated Month for New Hire to Start: August Cost Center: Mid Atlantic Budgeted Compensation Range: 75K - 95K Business Case: Due to consistent growth of 12% or more over the past three years (with a 60% EBITDA) we expanded our team in Western PA to enhance our infrastructure and maintain our service level and bandwidth. Unfortunately all three of the newly onboarded positions departed from Acrisure within a maximum of six months of employment. These roles represented an addition of $245000 in salaries which remain unfilled. To ensure our continued success our team requires support so that new hires can begin training. The addition of one team member expense optimization still occurs. Position Description: Essential Functions: Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to client inquiries efficiently providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Ensure accurate information is relayed to customers regarding products and services. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products particularly those related to insurance and employee benefits ensuring relevance and accuracy in client interactions. Small Group Renewals and Changes Service: Manage the renewal process for small groups coordinating with clients to finalize changes and ensuring seamless service delivery. Documentation and Records Management: Accurately prepare and maintain client documentation and records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Technology Utilization: Employ advanced technology tools and platforms such as Employee Navigator to streamline customer service and client management operations. Additional Functions: Team Collaboration: Assist in the Employee Navigator build team tasks contributing to system enhancements and ensuring optimal functionality.
