Job Description:
Courier Material Handler - seeking an individual to join a two-person team to pack pick up and deliver packages from a local customers location.
Full Time Monday - Friday 11:30 am to 7:30 pm @ $19 per hour.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments for delivery.
- Knowledge of and abide by all safety security and operating procedures for pickup and delivery of customer packages and operating motor vehicles including remaining in compliance with all Federal state and local laws.
- Scan information on airbills and manifests.
- Receiving and processing incoming goods.
- Picking and filling orders from stock.
- Packing and shipping orders and/or managing organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
- Consolidating partial pallets shrink wrapping and moving completed pallets to shipping labels.
- Following established policies and procedures aimed at keeping the goods in excellent condition.
- Maintaining safety standards.
- Completing paperwork promptly.
- Assist with inventory and cycle count monthly count and daily reconciliations.
- Cross-train as needed to learn other warehouse functions.
- Housekeeping tasks of warehouse and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Applicants must complete TSA testing.
- Position requires the ability to communicate (write and speak) in English and the ability to provide general direction to others.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Applicants must possess a valid drivers license.
- Applicants must have and maintain a clean and verifiable driving history
- Applicants must be able to maintain MNXs Driver Safety Standards.
- Applicants must be able to lift in excess of 70lbs.
- Applicants must be able to pass a credit check 10 documented background check and criminal history check.
- Applicants with prior voice-pick experience is a strong plus.
- Applicants may be required to hold a certificate for safe driving and operating of material handling equipment such as forklifts cherry pickers and electric palletjacks.
