Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Transport admitting and discharging patients.
- Respond and adhere to on call schedule as required.
- Accurately and appropriately complete all transportation documentation.
- Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid State Drivers License required with an acceptable driving record.
- First Aid CPR and de-escalation certification required (training offered by facility).
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- High School diploma/GED required
Staff must have the COVID-19 vaccine or request a religious/medical exemption at the facility in lieu of the vaccine.
