Technical Writer (f/m/d)
to join our in-house team in Stuttgart. Youll work with developers product owners and fellow writers to shape the user experience of complex software solutions across industries and technologies.

What Youll Be Doing
As part of our documentation team you will:
- Create high-quality userassistance including user interface textsconfigurationand installation guides and gettingstartedvideos.
- Work directly with our partners to understand their products and servicesin depth.
- Take on a wide variety of projects in areas ranging from artificial intelligence to enterprise resource planning and industry solutions.
- Manage terminology and style to ensure that your content speaks with one voice.
- Proactivelyidentifygaps in documentation andcollaborate withour partners to resolve them.
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing within the company.
What We Expect
- You have a university-level qualification in technical communication or another language-related field or you have a similar professional qualification.
- Yourefluent in English (understanding of German is preferable but not essential).
- You have demonstrable experiencemaintainingand creating sets of documentation and other user-assistance deliverables for a global audience.
- Yourewilling to exploreinnovative technologies you grasp technical concepts quickly and you cancommunicatethem clearly.
- You have strong organizational skills and can work independently toestablishyour own goals and priorities as well as those of your team.
- Yourecontinuously looking to improve andoptimizeyour working processes.
Bonus points if: - You have experience with SAP systems and processes.
- You have experienceofthe softwaredevelopment lifecycle and agile processes.
- Yourefamiliar with the DITA standard.
